Cancel a request
Stop an open request from being treated as active.
Use Cancel when a request should no longer be active.
Steps
- Open the request.
- Click Cancel.
- Review the confirmation modal.
- Click Cancel request.
What happens next
The request status changes to Cancelled. The client portal blocks access to cancelled requests.
What you can do after cancelling
Cancelled requests can be deleted if your role has permission to delete requests.
