What Stripe manages for billing
Understand what happens when you open the Stripe billing portal.
Where billing is managed
Go to Settings, then Billing. The billing page shows the CrankHQ plan, current billing status, seat count, included storage, and billing cycle.
Stripe billing portal
When your workspace has a Stripe billing account, the page shows a Manage billing in Stripe button.
What Stripe handles
The billing page states that Stripe handles invoices, payment methods, cancellations, and plan changes.
Who can manage billing
If you do not have billing permission, CrankHQ shows a message that only workspace owners and administrators can manage billing.
If billing is not available
If billing is not configured for the application, CrankHQ shows a message that billing is not available yet.
