Understand seats and included storage

How the Billing page explains workspace seats and storage.

Seats

The Billing page shows the number of billable seats for the workspace. The page describes CrankHQ as one simple plan where every paid workspace user is one seat.

Included storage

The Billing page shows included storage in GB. In the current configuration, included storage is calculated from the number of seats multiplied by the storage amount configured for each seat.

Billing cycle

The Billing page shows the current billing cycle when one exists. If there is no billing cycle, it shows None.

Plan features shown on the page

The Billing page lists unlimited clients and requests, client portal and conversations, templates and reminders, and storage integrations plus hosted storage.
