Manage billing

The Billing settings page manages the subscription for the current workspace.

What the page shows

• The workspace billing status: Active, Trial, another billing status, or Not subscribed.
• The current seat count.
• Included storage, calculated from the number of seats.
• The current billing cycle.

Plan options

When billing is configured and the workspace is not already subscribed, the page shows a monthly option and an annual option. The annual option is labeled 2 months free.

Stripe billing portal

For subscribed workspaces, the page shows Manage billing in Stripe. Stripe handles invoices, payment methods, cancellations, and plan changes.

Who can manage billing

If you cannot manage billing, the page shows a lock notice that only workspace owners and administrators can manage billing.
