Trial and billing access
Understand what happens when a workspace is on trial or no longer has billing access.
If a workspace is on a free trial, the Billing page shows a Trial badge and the trial end date.
Adding billing during a trial
The Billing page explains that adding billing during the trial keeps the remaining trial time before charging.
When billing is not available
If CrankHQ billing is not configured for the environment, the Billing page shows Billing is not available yet.
If billing access is required
When billing enforcement is enabled, users are redirected to Billing if the current workspace does not have billing access.
