Understand storage provider statuses
What Not connected, Needs folder, Ready, Default, and Coming soon mean.
Where statuses appear
Storage provider statuses appear in Settings, then Integrations.
Status meanings
- Not connected means the storage provider is not connected for the workspace.
- Needs folder means the provider is connected, but a root folder or location has not been selected yet.
- Ready means the provider has a configured location.
- Default means the provider is configured and is the default export destination.
- Coming soon means that provider is not currently available in this workspace.
What must be done before exporting
A provider must be connected when required, have a selected location, and be available before it can be used for storage exports.
