Configure Zoho WorkDrive storage
Connect Zoho WorkDrive and choose where completed request packets should export.
Zoho WorkDrive appears on the Integrations settings page as an external storage provider.
Steps
- Open Settings.
- Open Integrations.
- Find Zoho WorkDrive.
- Click Connect Zoho WorkDrive if it is not connected yet.
- After connecting, click Choose location.
- Paste the required root folder value shown by the form.
- Optionally enter a display name.
- Click Save.

CrankHQ shows the export structure before saving: Selected location / Client name / Request name.
