Understand request export statuses
What the export box on a request is telling you.
Where export status appears
Open a request detail page and look at the Storage export area on the side of the page.
Possible states
- Not exported means the request has not been exported to the default storage destination yet.
- Processing means the export is queued or currently processing.
- Exported means CrankHQ has exported the request to the selected storage location.
- Failed means the last export failed. If an error message is available, it appears in the export box.
Available actions
The export button changes based on the state. It may say Export to storage, Export again, or Retry export.
If no storage is ready
If no storage destination is configured, the export area shows an Open integrations button.
