Storage

Choose or change a storage export location

Set the root location CrankHQ uses for exported request packets.

Where to choose a location

Go to Settings, then Integrations. Each available storage provider has a button to choose or change its location.

What CrankHQ asks for

The fields depend on the provider:

  • Zoho WorkDrive asks for a WorkDrive folder URL and optional display name.
  • Google Drive asks for a Google Drive folder URL or ID and optional display name.
  • Dropbox asks for a Dropbox folder path and optional display name.
  • S3 compatible storage asks for bucket, region, access key ID, secret access key, optional endpoint, optional public URL, optional prefix, optional display name, and a path-style endpoint option.

Folder structure

The modal shows that CrankHQ organizes exports as: selected location, then Client name, then Request name.

After saving

CrankHQ checks storage access, saves the storage location, and marks that destination as the default.
