Delete a secure drop-off upload
Remove a client drop-off upload and its stored files.
Secure drop-off uploads can be deleted from the client page.
Steps
- Open the client page.
- Find the Client uploads section.
- Find the upload you want to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the browser prompt that says the upload and all of its files will be deleted.
What gets removed
CrankHQ deletes the stored files, the upload file records, and the upload record. This cannot be undone.
