When clients can no longer upload to a request
Understand when upload and note actions are hidden from clients.
Open requests
When a request is open, clients can upload files or add notes for requested items from the secure request page.
Completed requests
When a request is completed, the client page is locked. The upload and note buttons are no longer shown for requested items.
Cancelled requests
Cancelled requests are not accessible through the secure request page. If a client tries to open a cancelled request link, CrankHQ blocks access.
Why this matters
Complete a request only when your team is done collecting documents. Cancel a request only when it should no longer be used.
