Invite expiration and pending invitations

When you invite a workspace member, CrankHQ creates a pending invitation and emails the person.

How long invitations last

Invitations expire after 3 days.

Where pending invitations appear

Workspace admins can see pending invitations in Settings → Workspace → Manage workspace. Each pending invitation shows the email address and role.

Billing note

The invite modal says billing is only updated if the person accepts the invitation. Pending invitations do not change billing and can be cancelled before acceptance.

Cancel an invitation

Click the remove icon beside a pending invitation, then confirm Cancel invitation.
