Accept or decline a workspace invitation

When an invited user signs in and has a pending invitation, CrankHQ shows a Workspace invitation screen.

Join the existing workspace

Click Join workspace to accept the invitation. CrankHQ adds the user to the existing workspace and redirects them to that workspace dashboard. No separate trial or billing account is created for the invited user.

Decline and create a separate workspace

The invitation screen includes a yellow warning area for users who are trying to create their own workspace instead. To decline, the user must check I understand. Create my own workspace and trial instead. and then click Decline and create my workspace.

When decline should be used

Decline should only be used when the person does not want to join the invited workspace and intentionally wants a separate CrankHQ workspace and trial.
