Integrations

Connect external storage

Choose where completed request packets and accepted drop-off files should be exported.

Each workspace can connect a storage provider and choose the default destination for exports.

Open integrations

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Open Integrations.

Storage statuses

  • Not connected: the provider is not connected yet.
  • Needs folder: the provider is connected, but no export location has been selected.
  • Ready: the provider is connected and has an export location.
  • Default: this ready provider is the default destination for exports.
  • Coming soon: the provider is not available in this workspace yet.

Connect OAuth storage

  1. Find the provider, such as Zoho WorkDrive, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Complete the provider authorization flow.
  4. Return to Integrations.
  5. Click Choose location.
  6. Enter or paste the required folder information.
  7. Click Save.

Configure S3-compatible storage

  1. Find S3 compatible storage.
  2. Click Configure.
  3. Enter the bucket, region, access key ID, and secret access key.
  4. Optionally enter an endpoint, public URL, prefix, display name, and path-style setting.
  5. Click Save.

Folder structure

CrankHQ organizes exported request files as:

Selected location / Client name / Request name

Make a provider default

If a provider is ready but not default, click Make default. New exports use the default configured destination.

Disconnect storage

Click Disconnect for a connected provider to remove it from the workspace.
